Specialty one off order take a minute to product, so we we never offer boutique shipping based on the time that it takes to properly produce your garments. 

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Just hold tight, good things come to those who wait.

 

We take 3–7 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

 

Where do your items come from?

 

We source our products from all over the world. We do find the most quality pieces so if you'd like more specifics pertaining to a product please reach out.

Ordered the wrong size?

 

HyperUgly utilizes print-on-demand companies that makes unique products just for you when you order them. Unfortunately, if you accidentally order the wrong size or color, or if you change your mind, returns and exchanges aren't possible. But if there's is some manufacturing defect we'll be happy to replace your item.

 

The print is off! Or something else happened...

 

Hang tight backaroo! Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Photos may be requested to open a case. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
